P is for…

This week in Foundation we learnt the letter ‘p’. We made our own pumpkin lanterns and helped Miss Newbury to carve out our pumpkin head!

I is for…

Last week we learnt the ‘i’ sound. We learnt about ice and watched it melting in different areas around the classroom. The ice outside in the sun melted the quickest! We then made our own ice lollies using tropical juice, grapes, strawberries and raspberries. They were delicious!! We also sang Incy Wincy Spider and then used our fine motor skills to make our own Incy Wincy spiders.

T is for…

Last week we learnt the ‘t’ sound. We read the ‘Tiger Who Came to Tea’ and had a tiger tea party of our own! We tasted tea cakes and tomatoes and wore the tiger masks that we made earlier in the week. We also invited our favourite toy to our tea party.
